Have you ever been in a situation where your emotions have gotten the best of you? Have you blown up and said things you regretted later? These are amped emotions and these can destroy you and your credibility.
Amped emotions can get you into a lot of trouble. This is when you need to learn how to control your anger. You need to find a way to channel that anger in a constructive way. If someone upsets you,you need to let them know what upset you,and not hold a grudge till you explode.
It is very important to communicate to a person how you feel. Holding in anger causes health problems,it damages friendships, work relationships, and can destroy everything you have worked for. That is why anger management is so important. Be it through a professional or you mange your anger yourself.
So consider how you handle your anger and how it affects others and you. Resolve problems before they get out of hand. And learn that you are not going to get along with everyone you come in contact with. All I ask is that you change the way you think when it come to anger and how you respond.
